These pictures didn't come out well, but as you can see there was no redness or swelling after the second treatment.
 

Underarm

Growing Yet Brittle Hair 7-3-06

Five days after my second treatment the hair has started to grow back, but it is singed and brittle.

I continued to shave my underarms as usual, but you can see there is stubble.

The center pictures shows the scar where I had my mole removed.

The hair on my toes is not brittle.  I don't believe the treatment worked on my toes because they were not shaved before being zapped by the laser.

The shedding process has begun.  You can still see lots of hair, but some of it has fallen off.

My underarms are easier to shave.  Because I keep the hair so short it is hard to see the shedding, but they are softer and smoother than before the treatment.

Compare these photos to the pictures before the first laser hair treatment.  You can see the hair is much thinner than before I began laser hair removal.  The ingrown hair is only a dark spot on the skin.  I hope it goes away soon.  I do believe the laser hair removal treatments slowed down the healing process of the ingrown hair.

In the close up picture you can see hair growth in my underarm area, but it is very soft and not visible when not actively searching for it.

My bikini area feel very smooth.  I am very happy with the results.  You can see longer hairs which have grown back since the treatment, but overall there has been a significant amount of hair reduction.

Hair Growing Again After Second Treatment 7-28-06

Upper Lip

You can see a difference in the amount of hair on my upper lip compared to before the last treatment. The only dark hairs growing are at the far corners of my upper lip.

Although the hair growing in my underarms is dark, it is softer. It is also thinner and easier to shave.

The hair in my bikini area is growing in patches.  Overall the area is smoother.  I haven't shaved it since the last treatment, so you can see exactly what hair is growing and which areas are smooth.

If you click on the pictures you can see a little hair growth near the edges of my lips, but overall I am happy with the results.

The hair in my underarms is growing rapidly, but it is very soft.

In the first picture you can see a dark spot from the ingrown hair I had before my first laser treatment.  It is fading, just slowly.

Please ignore the wine stains on my lips and notice the reduction in hair compared to the pictures before the first treatment.  The hair is now growing back dark and coarse, but it is spaced out more than it was prior to the laser hair removal treatments.
